Online coaching (Training Only)
With this program, we will begin by jumping on a phone call to discuss goals, talk about current training, gym set up, injuries you might have, and allow me to get to know you a little bit better!
From there, I will set you up with a training program, cardio routine, form videos, reps, sets, rest time and a video explanation.
Each week you will check in with me to discuss how the week went, any exercises you may have trouble with, and over all progress!
The initial program will be for 4 weeks as this is a month to month plan, however within those 4 weeks we might make adjustments depending on how you are progressing.
After each 4 week block, we will completely revamp your training program.
