Whether you are a sprinter, or long distance runner, this coaching program is for you!

No matter your skill level, or years you've been running, having a personal 1:1 coach is necessary in order to excel. I'm here to help guide you in the right direction and push you along the way. 

What is included:

  • Personalized weekly running program including mileage, rest times, and paces specific to you.
  • A weekly strength training program specific to your running goals with videos attached to each exercise, reps, sets, rest times, and necessary notes.
  • Analysis of running log linked into a smartphone app via watch.
  • Race tactics and plan of action.
  • Weekly check ins with Annie via Facetime, Phonecall, or email. 
  • Analysis of sleep, nutrition, hydration, and overall lifestyle. 
  • Weekly text support.
  • 2 months are required to begin the plan.
