Tabata Moves - Why should you be doing them?

First off, what is Tabata?

Tabata is a form of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is a surefire way to torch extra calories! But, its ONLY 20 seconds! Yes, you read that right. All out for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds and repeat for 8 rounds total.

For this workout, you're going to complete 4 exercises for 8 rounds total of EACH exercise.

This means, you will do:

  • Squat to oblique twist (4 min total)
  • Plank jacks into push-up (4 min total)
  • Burpees (4 min total)
  • Sprinter Plyo Jump (4 min total)

Total Workout time: 16 minutes
